Mission Statement

Founded in 1999, Everbright International has built a global community of employees and clients. Our skilled and dedicated team makes us competitive in the market.  

Operating on a global scale, Everbright International constantly adjusts its strategy and operation to meet the evolving needs of our customers. To better compete in today’s market, we embrace technology and encourage innovation to improve productivity and efficiency.

We started as a small local company around 20 years ago, and since then have grown into an international one with worldwide operation. Nonetheless, our business philosophy remains unchanged:

Committing to these principles, we make all the efforts to provide quality products and services to our customers. Meanwhile, we recognize the importance of being a good corporate citizen. We fully comply with the local, national, and international regulations and keep trying to improve the working conditions of our employees.

We are proud to uphold our philosophy unchanged over the years. While we root in a family-run small local company, we look forward to building on our capabilities and extending our relationships with the international world.

When Everbright International was set up in 1999, it was a family-owned and localized company in Wuxi, China.

Our goal was simply to manufacture quality apparel in a safe working environment.

Over the past 20 years, our goal remains unchanged, but our business has grown from a domestic one to an international one with global scope and mindset. Central to our business expansion is our desire to help promote economic growth by creating jobs and investing in the community. Today Everbright International operates around the world with multiple manufacturing facilities and sales offices to serve our customers from different countries. Whether we are in China, Australia, or the United States, we strive to run our business in a sustainable and responsible way.

Over the years, I have seen our investments help the local economy grow and have observed the brand of Everbright as an apparel sourcing solution provider growing in the new markets. It is our great honor to assimilate into and grow together with the local.

To protect and improve the wellbeing of our workers is also high in our agenda as we believe talents are critical to our company. We take employee training seriously and continuously work on improving the working conditions of our people. Our work relationships are based on mutual trust and the sense of belonging to Everbright International. Personally, I am very proud of the work Everbright International has accomplished over the years and greatly appreciate the efforts made by our employees.

We cultivate talents within our organization, but also recruit global talents externally. Being an international company today, we need people from diverse backgrounds; and I believe by fostering an open atmosphere, we can manage a diverse team.

I believe in human capital investment as I have seen many success stories. For instance, a factory worker could eventually become a middle manager. In fact, Everbright International shared a similar path with those individual stories and we are grateful to all our employees and partners for joining us on this wonderful journey of expansion and growth.

Everbright International grew from a small regional garment manufacturing company to an international one. In our first 11 years of business, we focused on the manufacturing stage of the supply chain and had the sales grown from $2m in 1999 to $31m in 2011. We then got ready to expand further internationally.

Today, we own and operate several manufacturing facilities including garment factories and fabric mills and trade with customers in different markets. We also collaborate closely with around 70 factory bases, which allows us to increase the flexibility of our supply chain and to broaden the product categories we can provide to our customers.

Everbright International has also established its sales presence in Australia, New York, and Los Angeles to ensure proximity and real-time service to clients.

While expanding in America and Europe, we also grow our business in Asia. Recently, we have started our venture in Southeast Asian countries to provide more geographically diversified supply chain solutions to our customers.

Who we are

Everbright international is a China-based apparel sourcing solution provider with self-owned production facilities and overseas sales offices. Since its establishment in 1999, Everbright International has become the reliable supplier for its customers (retailers, wholesalers and specialist brands) owing to its experienced and dedicated employee team and its high quality standard.

Everbright International aims to improve its service and product quality every year. We always want to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. Everbright International owns several factories and collaborates closely with another 70 more factory bases, which enables it to be flexible on order quantity and product range.

We are an integrated entity with both manufacturing capabilities and export and import trade business. At the front of our operation is hundreds of merchandisers who directly work with the buyers to identify their demands. Then, we organize our supply chain to provide a one-stop solution to customers’ needs. By acting as the communication center between the fabric and garment factories and the buyer, we create value by matching the suitable production resources with the customers’ specific needs in a cost-effective manner.
